Hosting 500 Classic Cars and more than 15,000 spectators annually, the Murrieta Rod Run has become the area’s finest car show!

Date: Saturday, September 21, 2024, 10AM-3PM

Join us for the 1st annual Wildomar car & bike show on Saturday, September 21 from 10am-3pm! You’ll be able to see 7 different classes of cars and bikes, listen to live music, check out food trucks and local vendors, and even enter to win various raffle prizes. The event will have free admission and parking, and proceeds of the show will benefit kids and youth locally and in the Philippines. Hope to see you there!

Kick off a season full of holiday magic with Murrieta’s very first Santa in the City event, which transforms various locations throughout the community into holiday havens. Each with Polar Express-themed experiences like visits with Santa, music, crafts, treats and more! Tell your kiddos to don their finest pajamas and join us December 5-9 for a week of festive family-friendly activities they’ll never forget.

Murrieta’s tree lighting ceremony is back, and better than ever! Meet us in Town Square before the ceremony for an evening full of crafts, character appearances, a holiday story reading, and more! As you’re dazzled by holiday cheer, enjoy the smooth festive tunes of a brass quartet and jazz trio at the nearby Town Square Park Amphitheater. At 6:30pm, the entire community will gather in the heart of Town Square as the city’s spectacular 40’ pine is lit up with sparkling lights and tinsel.

The City of Murrieta’s summer concert series is back with Concerts in the Park! Each Saturday in July, join the City of Murrieta from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Town Square Park Amphitheater for a fun outdoor concert. Admission is free and attendees are encouraged to bring folding chairs and blankets for seating.

The Tour de Murrieta is one of California’s most prestigious race weekends, hosted right in the heart of Historic Downtown Murrieta. As an official USA Cycling event, the race welcomes some of the most competitive race teams in the state in a one-mile course through Downtown and a 3.5-mile circuit just outside the city.
